The Notre Dame Greenhouse Committee continues to promote healthy eating and lifestyles by maintaining and expanding the greenhouse’s plant diversity. You can find tomatoes, varieties of squash, strawberries, lettuce, cucumber, pumpkins, and various herbs such as dill, lavender, cilantro, chives, rosemary, sage, and basil growing in our beds. Further efforts are being made by the Executive Board to increase membership, enhance productivity, and provide healthier eating and lifestyles to the student body of Notre Dame.
