Diocese of Allentown Student Accident Insurance

The Diocese of Allentown provides insurance coverage through Bollinger, Inc. for all students while they are engaged in any school sponsored activity. Additionally, parents are also offered the opportunity to purchase the 24 Hour Round-the-Clock coverage, Dental Accident Insurance, and Student Life Insurance. You may obtain information and forms that correspond to the Diocesan student accident insurance plan at www.BollingerSchools.com.

NOTE: Enrollment in these optional programs is done directly with Bollinger, Inc. and there is no need for school officials to be involved to any greater extent than simply informing you of this option.

Claim Forms are available in the Main Office as well as the Athletic Office. Any student who is injured during a school related activity should complete this form and hand in to the Main Office. Students whose parents have purchased the 24-hour Plan should contact Bollinger, Inc. directly for injuries which occur outside of school. Victim Assistance Coordinator
The Diocese of Allentown provides assistance to anyone who, as a minor, was sexually abused by a priest, deacon, or employee/volunteer of the Diocese/Parish. Parents, guardians, children, and survivors of sexual abuse are invited and encouraged to contact the Diocese of Allentown for more information about this program. The fullness of compassion should be extended to these victims by the Church. To learn more about the Diocese of Allentown’s Youth Protection Programs, Sexual Abuse Policy, and Code of Conduct, please visit www.allentowndiocese.org, and click on “Protection of Youth” in the left hand column.

Bullying Prevention

The Bullying Prevention Consultation Line is a toll free number that will allow individuals experiencing chronic and unresolved bullying to discuss effective strategies and available resources to deal with school-based bullying. This supportive resource has been developed in collaboration with the Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention (CHPDP), and is available, at no cost, to students, parents/guardians and school districts across the state of Pennsylvania.
