Take 1 hour every day and dedicate it to making YOU feel good about YOU! Get up and MOVE! Blast your favorite music and dance with your siblings, mom and dad. Sing karaoke, play twister with your family. Ask your mom to dig up some old aerobics video tapes and challenge each other to make it through a whole video. In addition, stay true to yourself… get down and do 20 pushups, 50 sit ups, jumping jacks, high knees, butt kickers. SWEAT… a bunch! and have fun while you are doing it. If it’s nice out, go for a bike ride, run, or walk, or hike. Stay Healthy!
