we covered negative expressions today. You knew the expression ne..pas to negate any statement. You also know that ne..pas ‘hugs’ the verb in a sentence: subject+ne+verb+pas+ complement.  Today we are adding ne..plus (no more/no longer); ne..rien (nothing); ne..jamais (never); ne.. personne ( no one).

The sentence structure will be subject+ne+verb+(plus or jamais or rien or personne) + complement.  In the future proche : the subject +ne +helping verb+ verb+ (pas, plus, rien, jamais, personne)+complement.

In the passe compose: subject+ne+helping verb+(pas/ plus/ rien/ jamais/ personne) + past participle + complement.
