ENV.SCI.-Environmental Science, PER 3-6-8: WK 4/15- 4/19

In class, students will work on CH 10, Biodiversity. At the onset of the week we will cover PPT and chapter material(to include CH outline and NTBK check) as the formative base of projects/activities. Curriculum supplants will include article reading/ analysis, a Ted talks video discussion (W/ Jayne Pointer on Biosphere 2) and a documentary viewing on Biosphere 2. Students will explore the possibilities of alternate options for energy use and conservation, pollution control, etc.. using a “self-designed” model (student generated and based on fact).- as part of a group assignment.
