As an extension activity to supplant our chapter, I’d like you to watch a Ted Talks video titled Life in Biosphere 2 by Jayne Poynter. Jayne was part of the original Biosphere experiment and is now involved in designing technologies to help sustainability in harsh environments.

Kindly watch the video; then, write a review What did you think about the content? What questions did you have? Explain whether or not you think this concept is viable in to days day and age- why or why not.

We will expand on these constructs as we go through the chapter. Keep checking back for updates and information on how to proceed.
