Hi everyone! I miss you all! Happy first day of Spring! Hope you are doing well and staying safe!

At this time you ..should have all CH 4 questions completed/submitted. Be sure to check. If you did not turn them in .. email them to me! They count!

Also,students should finish their group work if they did not already do so. This includes the following:

a. Select a vegetative or propagative plant organelle. Study its structure( organization) and function
(job).
b. Re-design the organelle to expand its function. Make it more efficient.
c. If you could change it to make it work better. How would you do it? Why?
d. Draw and label a picture of your suggested changes.
e. write a rationale for the changes you made.
f. Include 3 research citations.
g. Prepare a 3-d model to illustrate and explain your rationale to your classmates. Its a hypothetical so
there is no right or wrong.

For enrichment, students should complete the following:
a. Go to Science Daily (online)..
b. Click the Agriculture tab.
c. Select an article on a topic of interest to you.
d. Read,summarize and cite the article. Use the format we’ve used: issue-action-outcome-opinion.
Articles will be used to keep us linked to current topics and to share.
