Parent Reminders

• All students entering 11th grade MUST have a physical exam completed and turned into the Nurse’s Office.
• All students entering 12th grade MUST receive a second MCV4 (Meningitis) and vaccination record must be emailed to the Nurse’s Office within the first weeks of School, per the Bethlehem Area School District ASD CSN-(October deadline). Many incoming seniors do not have records of a Second Meningitis vaccine, which is a PA DOH requirement for 12th grade. Also, we cannot access New Jersey vaccine records via NJIIS,  the  New Jersey Statewide Vaccination System.
