Congratulations to the following students who won awards at the Pennsylvania High School Speech League District 8 State Qualifier at Abington Heights HS on Saturday February 23:

Dramatic Interpretation: 1st place (District Champion): Sofia Ulsh

Humorous Interpretation: 1st place (District Champion): Chris Bianchi

Persuasion: 2nd place: Gwendolyn Guo

All of the above award winners will advance to the State Tournament on March 15-16 at Bloomsburg University.

Also special congratulations to Chris Bianchi who qualified for States for the fourth time in his career.

Also representing Notre Dame was Nathalia Ulsh in Student Congress Senate. Nathalia will compete in Student Congress House at the State Tournament.
