- What is CHF, Clogged Arteries
- How can exercise and good nutrition help in prevent heart disease as a teenager?

Class will be divided into first half review on Cardiovascular System for Test / Second half will begin a new chapter on digestion
Lecture: The Digestive System
- Discuss with students the purpose of the digestive system
- Discuss the differences between organs in the alimentary canal and the accessory digestive organs
- List and define the major processes occurring during digestive system activity
- Begin discussion of the basic function of each organ involved in the digestive system – begin with the mouth
