On Monday, we will review the Chapter 2 test and present our “Internet & the First Amendment” Projects.

On Wednesday, we will begin lecture on Chapter 3 with 3-1 Forms of Dispute Resolution including mediation and arbitration.  We will discuss the division of labor between trial and appellate courts.

On Friday, we will continue on to 3-2 and 3-3 discussing the origins and scope of the Federal and State Court systems.
