Mrs. Bach received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Performing Arts Outreach with certification in English and Secondary Education from Moravian College. After graduation, she worked as a high school English teacher in Allentown while pursuing her graduate degree. She earned her Master of Education degree in Higher Education-Student Affairs Administration from Kutztown University. She also received her certification as a program specialist in English as a Second Language grade PreK-12.
Following completion of her graduate program, Mrs. Bach worked at Northampton Community College in the offices of Student Life & Leadership Development, Career Services, and Academic Advising. Most recently, she worked as a career counselor and Director of Student Activities at a high school in Philadelphia.
In addition to her position at Notre Dame, Mrs. Bach is an adjunct professor at Northampton Community College where she teaches the freshman seminar course. She also serves as the Marketing Director for a community theater group where she also previously served as the production manager and assistant director.
In her free time, Mrs. Bach loves to go camping, read, and spend time with her husband Aaron, sons Christian and Caden, and 2 greyhounds.
