Dear Parents,

We spent this past week learning about Pope John Paul II and watching a movie on his life.  The students have a Discussion Question Packet to fill out as they watch the movie.  Also, we are on Phase II of the Church in our series:  Sacraments through the Ages.  The students had to read it closely and answer the review questions and also make a proper outline of the packet.  This assignment was classwork, but I asked the students to finish it for homework over the weekend.  The instructions for the homework assignment is under the Homework section of the Class Page (along with Due Date information).

Next week, we will finish discussing Phase II of the Church and also finish watching the movie on St. Pope John Paul II and go over the Discussion packet.  We will also begin Chapter six on the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
