Students will cover CH 11.1 & 11.2. Material willfocus on the foundation of Genetics and will include the background and works of Gregor Mendel (this will cover his work with pea plants). To begin, students will read and outline each section of the chapter. For NTBK CK they will define terms and answer key objections for each section covered. Supplants will include: video on Mendel, Punnet Square Activity WS,Micro viewer drawings (as assigned).We will prepare/complete a genetics lab.
