Hi, all! If you’re anything like me, you’re not good at just “doing nothing”.  And I would bet many of you are having family movie nights or just watching movies on your own. Your first enrichment might seem familiar. Go to the lower right corner of this class page to the Important Files. You will find one called Movie Review of Literary Elements – complete this and email it to me for discussion. Please choose a movie that is Catholic-school appropriate and complete the information requested. My favorites are, of course, films based on novels. Brownie points for picking a film based on a novel! And even more brownie points for getting your family to watch it together! And even more brownie points if you can engage them in a family discussion of the main and minor themes!  PLEASE DO NOT WATCH THE GREAT GATSBY!!!! IF/WHEN WE RETURN, WE WILL BE DOING THE NOVEL TOGETHER, AND IT’S VERY DIFFERENT FROM THE FILM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
